Palonosetron-d₃ hydrochloride is the deuterium labeled Palonosetron hydrochloride (HY-A0021). Palonosetron hydrochloride is a 5-HT3 antagonist primarily used to prevent acute, delayed, and overall chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
